Whey isolate is the purest form of whey protein. During the manufacturing process, the protein is maximally concentrated, while fat and carbohydrates are largely removed. Digezyme® is a blend of five digestive enzymes. Protease and lactase, in particular, are important for optimal digestion of Isolate Whey.
